We hold very little data on people, and that data is confined largely to:
 
1. Email and other records created when we communicate with people.
2. CRM records that we gather from Linked in, collection of business cards at meetings or other lead generation services.
3. Data which you enter into CSPM.

If you make a subject access request, we will provide you with details of the data we hold on you.

3. The right to rectification

If you tell us that data on you is inaccurate or incomplete then we will rectify it, either by updating the data item itself or linking it to an update which takes preference.

4. The right to erasure

If you request us to delete data on you we will do so, save when we are required to hold data that is not subject to consent or to comply with law or where that would mean destroying other data that we are required to retain.

5. The right to restrict processing

If you ask us we will limit the use we make of your data.

6. The right to data portability

If you request a copy of your personal data so that you can use it across other services in a format where you can understand the schema of the data being held, providing it does not refer to other people.

7. The right to object

You can object to us using your personal data that we have collected on grounds of legitimate interest or to perform a legitimate task, and unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons to continue, we will stop using your data.

8. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.

If we were to use your data for automated decision making, you are permitted to challenge such use and request a review of any such process.  We will explain the rules we follow in such processes and how we believe they satisfy GCPR and enable you to challenge these.

CSPM Registration

In order to use this website for CSPM registration, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Cookies

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
